Genuine 100% original badge "Second Class Specialist" is in a new-old condition. The mark of the class operator (grade 1, 2, 3rd class) was established for great specialists in the Armed Forces of the USSR, aviation, tank forces, radio engineering, and communications. The badge for high-class officers, officers, generals, and admirals of all types of troops had four degrees: a master specialist, a specialist of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class.
Deployed golden wings (from the sign of flight personnel) are combined with a blue radar field (from the operator's sign) and a nickel-plated beam torsion (from the driver), crossing their right-up-to-left silhouette of a golden rocket. A shield is laid on it, similar to the preceding signs, but with the top cut off. Above the shield, there is a garland of golden laurel leaves with a red five-pointed star with a radial notch under the enamel. The shield field is covered with white enamel, and in the center, there is a red number "2" with a horizontal notch under the enamel. Fastening with a pin.
